Terms of Service

By accessing and using QwQ AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

QwQ AI provides Answer, Research and Finance tools using live web information with citations. Usage is charged per successful query from a prepaid USD balance, with no subscription. Research offers five depth levels, including background tasks for long research. QwQ does not save report content. Download results before refreshing or leaving. Financial research is informational and is not investment advice.

To use the Q&A feature, you must create an account (for example by signing in with Google or email). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Recharge a USD balance through Stripe or PayPal, starting at $10. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Each query has a fixed price shown before submission. The charge is reserved at submission and restored to your balance if generation fails. Background research continues after you leave; the public provider API currently does not offer cancellation. Completed results must be downloaded promptly. Statutory payment-refund rights are unaffected; contact support for recharge issues.

All content on QwQ AI, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QwQ AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The questions you submit remain yours. To provide the service, we process your questions and transmit them to our AI and web-search providers, who may process them under their own terms. Answers may incorporate information retrieved from third-party websites; the respective rights belong to their owners.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, bypass billing or access controls, or share account access without authorization.

QwQ AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Answers or sources will be accurate, complete, or up to date • Web search results will reflect the most current information • The service will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwQ AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service or reliance on answers generated by it.

You may delete your account from your profile. This removes your account, balance ledger and background task references from QwQ. It does not cancel a task already running with the provider or replace its data-retention policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or billing systems.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
