By accessing and using QwQ AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

QwQ AI is a knowledge-search Q&A assistant. You submit questions; the service performs real-time web searches and generates answers with cited sources using the most advanced AI model. The Q&A feature requires a paid subscription; browsing the site and reading the blog are free. The service is provided for informational and general use. It is not professional advice of any kind and should not be relied upon as such.

To use the Q&A feature, you must create an account (for example by signing in with Google or email). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• The Q&A feature is unlocked by a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe or PayPal. • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. • Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, and partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided. • We do not sell one-time credit packs; access is subscription-based only. • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers when required.

All content on QwQ AI, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QwQ AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The questions you submit remain yours. To provide the service, we process your questions and transmit them to our AI and web-search providers, who may process them under their own terms. Answers may incorporate information retrieved from third-party websites; the respective rights belong to their owners.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service • Interfere with or abuse rate limits, billing, or subscription systems • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account or subscription with others • Submit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law

QwQ AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Answers or sources will be accurate, complete, or up to date • Web search results will reflect the most current information • The service will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwQ AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service or reliance on answers generated by it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to others. You may delete your account from your profile page when signed in; an active subscription must be canceled first.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
